TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Secret Sauna
Effective from 21 July 2026
I. Introductory provisions
- These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern rights and obligations connected with booking and time-limited use of premises operated by Pixxla Sauna, s.r.o., Company ID 245 64 869, VAT ID CZ24564869, registered office Nademlejnská 1069/20, Hloubětín, 198 00 Prague 9, e-mail pixxla.sauna@gmail.com (“Operator”).
- The Operator presents the premises under the Secret Sauna brand at
www.secretsauna.cz. - A “Customer” is any natural or legal person making a booking or entering a contractual relationship with the Operator. A “Consumer” is a Customer acting outside their business or profession.
- Bookings are processed mainly through Reenio, which may display the account name “Pixxla sauna cz”. Reenio and that account name do not change the contractual party: the Customer contracts exclusively with Pixxla Sauna, s.r.o., unless a specific offer expressly states otherwise.
- By completing a booking, the Customer confirms that they had an opportunity to read, understand and agree to these Terms and the operating and safety rules.
II. Subject of the contract and nature of the premises
- The contract concerns the time-limited exclusive use of a separate mobile container unit by the Customer and invited guests during a booked time (“Premises”).
- The Premises include in particular a rest room, sanitary facilities, an outdoor relaxation area, a separate heated room with a wood-burning stove, and other equipment listed in the current offer.
- The Premises are self-service, technologically independent and energy autonomous, and normally require no permanent connection to public utility networks.
- During the booking the entire Premises are reserved exclusively for the Customer and guests. They are not shared with unrelated persons. Access is limited to authorised persons, usually by an individual code; walk-in or shared use is not permitted.
- No permanent staff, healthcare, treatment, individual medical supervision or medical advice is provided.
- “Secret Sauna”, “private sauna” and similar marketing terms describe the private, exclusive and non-shared manner of use. Mandatory statutory duties remain unaffected.
III. Booking, contract formation and payment
- Booking is made mainly through the system linked from
www.secretsauna.cz, technically operated via Reenio and possibly labelled “Pixxla sauna cz”. - The Customer selects the date, time and available parameters and is informed of the price and main conditions before completion.
- Unless expressly stated otherwise, the contract is concluded when payment succeeds and the booking is confirmed. The Customer then receives confirmation and the information required for use.
- The access PIN or other credential is solely for the Customer and authorised guests. It must be protected from unauthorised use.
- The date, time, duration and price in the individual confirmation prevail over general information in these Terms in case of conflict.
IV. Cancellation by the Customer
- A booking may be cancelled through the booking system or by e-mail to pixxla.sauna@gmail.com. The demonstrable time of delivery determines the fee.
- 24 hours or more before the start: 100% refund. Less than 24 but at least 12 hours: 50% cancellation fee and 50% refund. Less than 12 hours: 100% cancellation fee. No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
- Late arrival does not extend the booking or create a right to a refund or compensation.
- Refunds are normally made by the original payment method within 14 days.
- As the booking concerns leisure services on a specific date, the Consumer has no statutory 14-day withdrawal right where Section 1837 of the Czech Civil Code applies. Voluntary cancellation follows the rules above.
V. Cancellation by the Operator
- The Operator may cancel for operational, technical, safety, organisational or other serious reasons and need not disclose the specific reason. Notice will be given without undue delay.
- If cancellation before commencement is not caused by the Customer’s breach, the Customer may choose a 100% refund or, by mutual agreement, transfer to another available date. The Customer need not accept a replacement date.
- Reasons may include technical failure, extraordinary maintenance, safety risk, unsuitable weather or natural conditions, inaccessible Premises, operational reasons, intervention by a landowner, authority or authorised person, suspected fraud or risky use, or other serious circumstances. This list is non-exhaustive. Mandatory Customer rights remain unaffected.
VI. Duration and duty to leave
- The Premises may be used only during the confirmed time. The Customer must ensure everyone leaves by the end; the right of use then expires and cannot be extended unilaterally.
- The Operator or an authorised person may end use immediately for breach of these Terms or safety rules, danger to persons or property, disturbance, or where continued use cannot reasonably be required. The Customer and guests must comply immediately.
- The same applies to remaining after the booked time. If an instruction to leave is ignored, an authorised person, security service, Police of the Czech Republic or another competent service may be called.
- The Customer is liable under applicable law for proven damage and necessary costs directly caused by unauthorised overstay or intervention. Termination for serious breach gives no automatic right to extension, replacement or refund unless required by law.
VII. Refusal or termination of use
The Operator may refuse or terminate use where conduct may reasonably threaten life, health or property, cause fire or serious disturbance, violate law, these Terms, or operating and safety rules. Decisions made for safety or serious operational reasons must be respected by the Customer and guests. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
VIII. Self-service operation and technical conditions
- The Premises operate without permanent staff. Systems may depend on autonomous energy, batteries, water tanks, pumps, mobile data, remote management, smart access and similar technologies.
- Short, insignificant fluctuations that do not prevent normal safe use do not automatically entitle the Customer to a full refund.
- Safety-related or substantial faults must be reported without delay and the Operator’s instructions followed.
- If an Operator-side fault makes proper use impossible, the Operator will offer a refund or replacement date; the Customer need not accept the latter. Compensation for substantial partial limitations depends on their nature, extent and duration.
IX. Alcohol, drugs and addictive substances — zero tolerance
- Alcohol, narcotic, psychotropic and other prohibited addictive substances are absolutely prohibited. No person may enter or use the Premises under their influence, bring them in, consume, use, distribute or provide them to another person.
- The alcohol ban applies to any quantity and type.
- On breach or reasonable suspicion, the Operator may refuse entry, prevent commencement or terminate use immediately. Persons must leave immediately. This is treated as Customer breach and gives no automatic replacement or refund. The Customer must inform all guests.
X. Operating and safety rules
- The Customer must use the Premises and equipment properly, safely and as intended, following these Terms and available instructions.
- Unauthorised work on electrical, water, battery/energy, security, access, control, technology or structural systems is prohibited.
- The wood stove may be handled only as instructed. Petrol, spirits, flammable liquids or unsafe ignition aids are prohibited.
- Smoking and open flames are prohibited except proper use of the designated wood stove.
- Capacity limits must be observed. No one may endanger persons, property or surroundings. Serious or repeated breach may result in immediate termination.
XI. Health and responsible use
Each person must adapt heating, cooling and other use to their health, fitness and tolerance. Anyone with concerns should consider medical advice and must stop if weakness, nausea or other warning symptoms occur. The Operator is not liable for harm caused exclusively by conscious breach of safety instructions, ignored health limitations or unlawful/risky conduct, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
XII. Minors
Only persons aged 18 or over may make a booking. Minors may use the Premises only under responsible adult supervision. Particular care is required around the stove, hot surfaces, wet or slippery areas, during cooling and outdoors.
XIII. Cleanliness, order and damage
- The Premises are checked and cleaned between bookings. The Customer must leave them in a condition corresponding to proper normal use and remove personal belongings and excess waste unless instructed otherwise.
- The Customer is liable under law for damage caused by their conduct and must ensure guests comply.
- The Operator may recover actual and necessary extraordinary cleaning costs and may document damage or exceptional soiling to substantiate a claim.
XIV. Personal belongings
Customers should not bring valuables, excessive cash or items sensitive to heat or humidity. The Operator does not accept belongings for safekeeping unless expressly agreed. Customers must check for belongings before leaving. Non-excludable statutory rights remain unaffected.
XV. Camera and security system
- The entrance and strictly necessary exterior areas may be monitored to protect property, prevent vandalism and unauthorised entry, resolve incidents and protect legal claims.
- Changing, shower, rest and private indoor areas are not monitored by cameras.
- Security may connect to a monitoring centre or service. Suspected unauthorised access, vandalism, danger or serious disruption may trigger inspection or intervention.
- Details are provided in the Privacy Policy and camera-system notices.
XVI. Inner Circle
- The Operator may run a private Secret Sauna/Pixxla customer programme. It is contractual and is not membership in an association, cooperative or legal entity and creates no ownership interest in Pixxla Sauna, s.r.o.
- Capacity and admission may be limited. Benefits may include priority booking, early/new or private slots, preview visits, guest benefits, private events, new-location benefits or others stated in the offer.
- Price, term and main benefits follow the offer at purchase. Membership is personal and non-transferable unless stated otherwise and does not guarantee a particular slot.
- Future/renewed membership terms may change without affecting confirmed bookings. Material reduction of paid main benefits will be handled under applicable law, including possible proportional settlement.
- Free or additional benefits depend on readiness, capacity and confirmation. Serious or repeated breaches, damage or disruption may result in suspension or termination, with settlement according to circumstances and law.
XVII. Personal data and Reenio
The Operator processes data as necessary for booking, payment, communication, access, safety/property protection, legal duties and legal claims. Reenio and other providers may be used. The “Pixxla sauna cz” account label does not change that the contractual party is Pixxla Sauna, s.r.o. Details on recipients, retention and rights are in the separate Privacy Policy.
XVIII. Complaints
Complaints may be sent to pixxla.sauna@gmail.com or the registered office, stating contact details, booking identification, the issue and relevant information. Where possible, issues should be reported during the booking. Consumer complaints will be handled without undue delay and no later than 30 days unless a longer lawful period is agreed.
XIX. Alternative dispute resolution
Unresolved consumer disputes may be submitted to Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Central Inspectorate — ADR Department, Gorazdova 1969/24, 120 00 Prague 2, e-mail adr@coi.gov.cz, coi.gov.cz/informace-o-adr.
XX. Force majeure
The Operator is not liable to the extent performance is prevented by an extraordinary, unforeseeable and insurmountable event beyond its control, including natural disaster, flood, non-attributable fire, extreme weather, serious access-infrastructure damage, major third-party outage or authority action. If this cancels a booking before it begins and use is impossible, a replacement date or refund will be offered.
XXI. Final provisions
- Czech law governs, especially Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended.
- An invalid, ineffective or unenforceable separable provision does not affect the remainder.
- The Operator may amend these Terms for future relationships. The version effective when the contract is concluded applies to a booking unless a later change benefits the Customer or is agreed.
- The current Terms are available at
www.secretsauna.czand take effect on 21 July 2026.
