First visit guide
A wood-fired sauna is not about chasing the highest number on the thermometer. Heat changes naturally with the fire, airflow and steam — you set the pace according to how you feel.
A calm six-step ritual

The sauna is preheated. Sit lower at first, allow your body to adapt and always use a sheet or towel on the bench.
Pour only a small amount of prepared water onto the stones. Wait before adding more — one small ladle can change the perceived heat immediately.
Leave the hot room when your body asks you to. Use fresh air, rest, or carefully cool in the reservoir while remaining within sight of your group.
There is no need to chase a fixed temperature or time. Begin another round only when you feel comfortable, and drink water throughout the visit.
Before leaving, stop adding wood, check the stove door, follow the locking instructions, take your belongings and leave the space ready for the next guest.
We prepare the fire. The time is yours.
