Before you arrive.

A combination padlock is attached to the separate entrance gate. You will receive its code approximately one hour before your reservation begins.

The sauna door has a second security feature — an electronic handle with a keypad. You will receive both codes together with your access instructions.

The stove is powerful and holds heat well, so add wood carefully. A few logs are enough at the beginning.

To raise the temperature, pull the ash drawer out by about 3 cm. Once the temperature feels right, push it fully closed.

If ordered, towels and sheets will be ready in the entrance area; otherwise bring your own. Use a sufficiently large sheet so your body does not touch the benches. Flip-flops, a robe and non-alcoholic drinks are recommended.

The temperature changes with the fire — follow how you feel. Add water to the stones gradually and carefully; the rising steam is extremely hot.

Natural water is only a few steps from the sauna. Never enter alone, stay within sight of your group, enter slowly according to the weather and your abilities, and watch for slippery or icy surfaces.

Place rented laundry in the seat with the removable lid. Take your belongings and rubbish, check that the stove door is closed and push the ash drawer in.

Lock the sauna door using the keypad lock symbol, check the handle, close the entrance gate and lock the padlock again.
