Questions
Will there really be no one else?
No. The booking is always yours alone — the whole place, the sauna, the rest room and the terrace. There is a service window for cleaning between bookings.
How does entry without staff work?
24 hours before your slot you receive the exact location and a one-time code. The sauna is hot, the wood prepared, towels inside. You arrive, enter the code, and vanish from the world.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Up to 48 hours before the start we refund the full amount. After that, the wood is already burning.
What are the add-ons?
When booking, you can add extra towels or cold drinks, for example. Everything will be prepared inside.
